Come play with pastels and learn how to create your own colour wheel and understand how it works, mix any colour you want, use pastel paper choice to control colour and achieve aerial perspective with mixing colour. We will be playing with waves, wet sand, reflections, watercolour underpainting techniques, adding figures and more. Lots of experimenting with the goal of learning through play. Suitable for all levels but some experience would be beneficial. (If you are a complete novice let me know and I can send practice exercises to get you ahead of the game or come to the 2 day colour workshop to learn how to use pastels first.) All levels |
