Phillip Edwards is an artist of passion and of sharing (professional educator). He is well known and awarded for his distinct watercolour style that has graced the walls of commercial galleries and public art institutions (NSW art gallery, Gallery of Western Australia and Benalla art gallery). He hikes often, exploring wild alpine regions of Victoria and Tasmania and is also drawn to outback NSW and South Australia very diverse ecosystems. On these adventures he has dug deeper into that great combination of watercolour / mixed media as its light and fits in a backpack with the tent, food and sleeping bag.
